This person will need to have strong analysis skills, strong communication skills, strong Business Objects experience, Access knowledge/experience desired. The main focus of the role will be supporting the Product Experience Management organization through GCH system testing. Other needs include working with internal customers to develop reports to support overall business operations. Responsibilities of the role will involve leading and executing system functional testing • Working with internal customers to define business requirements and develop reports to best meet organizational needs • Reviews and evaluates requests to develop or modify reports; Identifies data sources to fulfill report requests; Recommends alternate or simpler routes to gaining data; Standardizes and harmonizes reports across multiple business units REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors Degree in Information Management, Computer Sciences or equivalent • 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience • Strong analytical skills • Experience with Business Objects development • Familiarity with Access database development • Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to collaborate • Strong organization and prioritization skills • High attention to quality. DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in Computer Science or Business related field § Familiarity with SQL Server § Experience in a regulatory environment § Knowledge and experience in medical device industry.
