Degree and / or certification are desirable. SOFT SKILLS: Self Starter / Self Motivated Has passion for technology - gets excited. Effective communication skills. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience implementing SCM policies and procedures. Ability to implement, document and maintain CM scripts Experience implementing CM best practices for agile development environment (i.e. Continuous Integration) Hands-on experience assisting developers with development issues related to CM tool use (check in/out, branching, and Tagging) Hands-on experience performing software builds and releases.
