This patch has been brewing in my busybox package for SLIND for
quite a while (initially written against bb 1.01). chpasswd is
useful for setting passwords in a non-interactive way.
Description:
chpasswd reads a file of user name and password pairs from
standard input and uses this information to update a group of
existing users.
