Hi Tito, sorry for the late response. I say yes because it lowers the entree fee for novice people. Most people these days do not like to "change" source code and they feel more comfortable using a config tool.
IMHO our config is already overcrowded but my attempts to separate thinks out where not accepted. I see the danger of having a tools with endless lists of config parameters.
