Hi all, During the last couple of months the butterflies hv given me much pleasure. Been out on various trails, alone and in the company of others, enjoying the butterflies, and also other flora n fauna. Hv noted that quite a few people hv the notion that certain books on butterfly id are good - "but" very expensive. I hv sometimes made it a point to explain to them that these are not common text books purchased by a large amount of people, and like any technical book are bound to be a little more pricey depending on the quality of paper used, amount of coloured pics, extent to which the topics are covered, etc. ...... Have had the pleasure of running through Blyth's (Butterflies of the Indian region), KK's (Butterflies of Peninsular India) and Isaac's (The book of Indian butterflies) books and would recommend them. Are there any other books that you have read on this topic and would recommend??? ???? On a lighter note, I am not related to Blyth, KK or Isaac, nor is anyone in my family owning oil fields in Alaska or Saudi Arabia :-)......
