The pointed ciliate blue was spotted around same time in Pune university campus as well as it was documented in Phaltan. All these records are during 2nd week of november to last week of november. I guess there must be a small window during which this butterfly is seen around pune. Missing the right time might lead to missing the record. I guess more vigilance is required on our part.
