Ashok I like yr pics.......... 

I use IrfanView software for viewing n cropping images, after that I resize 
them to a max width/height of 680 maintaining the aspect ratio, and reducing 
the dpi to 72 (this reduces the size of the image quite a bit)

Then lastly I use picsizer to further reduce the size of the image.....

Both IrfanView n Picsizer are free software (small downloads)

  It would be good, Ashok, if the size of the attachment(s) to individual mails 
could be kept to the limits prescribed by the group. 



  There are lot of people still on dial-up and also pay per MB of download.


  I do have a high speed internet connection but hate when the download takes 
time.
