I am not sure about this insect species, but it falls under Bug of Insect order
name Hemiptera. It has the capacity to suck ( With the helpl of Proboscis)  any
fluid by puncturing the surface from which it wants to suck (Sap/ blood). I
don't know the common as well as scientific name, but have recorded to suck
bloods from human at Guwahati (Assam, 2000), by one of my friend. There are
also few reports, of similar species (Shape) of Bugs sucks the blood from
domestic cattle also.

The photo of the specimen is the 4th nymphal stage, and it is still not fully
adult. Sorry for my limitation this creature. But it was a good observation. If
some one identifies it, then please inform me also.
With best regards
