Dear All, I am attaching a small report on the tool that I am trying to develop which is supposed to help the amateurs with identifying most of the common butterfly species. As experts in this group have mentioned many a times, many of Hesperids require genitalia, in order to ID them correctly, so for these species this tool can be used to ID till genus.
Once I make this tool work against butterflies of some specific area, say Western Ghats, I will put it online. Since I am a student right now, I don't have money to buy MATLAB license and a website. Thats the other reason why I stopped my Butterfly newsletter, as "Geocities" was shut down. Happy Butterflying, Kishen -- Enjoy
