Dear Unni,

Thanks for the suggestion. We do mention sex (whenever known), seasonal form
(if applicable), locality, date and other information related to the specimen
in the lower left corner. For example, check out the first six pictures at:

http://ifoundbutterflies.net/7-pieridae/common-wanderer

I would have mentioned sex on the Lesser Gull photos, I must have forgotten. I
will add that information the next time I work on this species page.

BTW, also notice the new navigation menu bar on top of the species pages,
recently created by Ullasa. Now you can move from one species page to the next
or jump back to family page from the navigation bar. This should be convenient
for people who want to explore lots of species pages.

Cheers,

Krushnamegh.

Dear Krushnamegh,
I have a suggestion for the media in the website: There is no indication
regarding the sex of the adult butterflies.
Maybe an indication, adjacent to the common names, about the sex would do.
Happiness to you!

I do not remember whether early stages of the Lessser Gull (Cepora nadina) have
ever been posted on this group. In case not, here they are:

The sexual and individual variation in upper and undersides is also illustrated
on this page.

With best wishes,
