I would say uncommon, but not rare.

They would usually be missing from general Line blue mud puddling
congregations.

Well, on the other hand, I never tried Iding each of the Line blues in the
congregation !!!
Usually managed to take representative photos of specimens that looked
different to my eyes and 4 Line blues were usually missing.

Experts with more field experience can comment.
