Pl note that Corbett has a history of Camera thieves. Few years back one of my
British friend Photographer was followed by some young lads, got friendly with
him and travelled with in A/C comptt of the train. Next morning he found all
his Camera gears stolen.
Hope if some of us remembers an apeal published in Sanctuary mAGAZINE to send
his flash cards back.
So be aware in Corbett and in train to corbett and on Delhi station.

the camera robbers are on the prowl. two of   my friends lost  their cameras
in the  past one month
Manishas camera bag with t2 cameras,  lenses, 15000 cash in the bag was robbed
at corbett.
Our dear friend susanth from kerala was mugged and  his camera bag was robbed
by the auto driver
and some thugs.

So two things are very important here,  always take  safe routes avoid
travelling alone and  possibly  disguise your bag in
some way. B.  Please write down the registration number of your camera and
lenses in some safe
diary, this  is very important  when you file a police complaint and your
camera is found.
