This butterfly is fairly common near streams in North-Eastern India. Perch for long time at the same place. Very short flights, if disturbed. Can also often see it basking. Its ID is - "Dark brown with rounded wings and a complete row of prominent outer discal ocelli, the margins being paler and bearing three prominent dark lines" Please reply your answers only to [email protected] and not to the entire group.
