Hi,

I did not see any other Hesperiids around their territory, although we did come
across an Indian Skipper in the meadows - quite far from where the Water Snow
Flats were seen.

Thanks,
Aniruddha

Hi all,

Visited Korigad on October 8th 2011. Was fortunate to have seen 4 individuals
of Water Snow Flat - a first record for me, and secured a record photograph of
one resting under the leaf.
Writing in to keep it on the record for the region.

Photo info:

Pic name: Water Snow Flat
Species name: Tagiades litigiosa Loc: Korigad, Pune DistrictPhotographer:
Aniruddha Dhamorikar
Remarks: Seen basking on top of leaves at the height of a meter and a half.
Very skittish, and not tolerant to closer approach. All the individuals were
seen basking near a Karvy patch, and showed the behaviour of territorial fight.
One individual (photographed) was seen resting under the leaf at around 1 PM.
 Regards,Aniruddha
