NOTES:

* I am taking Apache Deltacloud as an example cause they prepared for
their graduation recently.

What is already done:
-------------------------------
[X] Creating an Apache Release
    - Bean Validation already demonstrated approving different releases
[X] Creating an Open and Diverse community
    - Bean Validation has shown the ability to build a diversity
community (MNour: Add more details on that. @see Deltacloud)

What still needs to be done:
----------------------------------------
[ ] Checking the Status File
[ ] Charter for the project
[ ] A positive community graduation
[ ] A positive IPMC recommendation
[ ] The acceptance of the resolution by the Board


I will start executing the steps still need to be done.
