Yuh know, the T2FDs can be deployed vertically,
i.e. as a VTFD. This could allow a stealth antenna
a few feet from a tree trunk with the bottom about
8 ft. from the ground for RF safety and performance.
A 40 meter VTFD would only need to be about 33'
long and be center fed with the coax tethered next to
the tree trunk itself. Crazy idea? Comments welcome!

This is why I need a large ground crew, 7 or more
people. Neighbors are good with it. Just need a lot of help
