Howdy,

Years ago the ICS - International Correspondence School in Scranton, PA
offered many classes by mail (no on-line back then). The radio course
offered education in the RF arts.

In 1929, Harold Beverage (H.H. to those that knew him HI) was one of the
foremost RF cats in the country (working at RCA).even had a biography
written about him. Yes, Virginia, it is "that" Beverage that the Beverage
(or "wave") receive antenna was named after. ICS commissioned him to write
a pamphlet for their Radio Course. A while back I was given access to an
original copy, of which I made a PDF scan.

If you would like a copy of the Radio Antennas pamphlet ,24 page PDF file
(4.5 Megs), send me an e-mail and I will send you the file.

Here's the cover...
