I've noticed over the course of the summer, in the morning the repeater
works great, in the afternoon the TX and RX are way down. If you live
out near the repeater you probably don't notice it. I commute from Katy
to Louetta/249 daily.. I take the same route and know a couple of spots
I can't hear the machine at all (which isn't uncommon). Overall the
system performacne has degraded in the afternoon all summer long
Either Thursday or Friday afternoon of last week I couldn't get into
the system until I got over near Barker Cypress/West Rd
