No, it’s ok because K5UR will not suffer the consequences. He’ll just say: “I told you so!” or “It’s the best we could do” while he enjoys the nice antenna farm at ARRL HQ. BTW, have you looked has his DXCC, DXCC Challenge, WAZ, GRID, etc. numbers on QRZ.com? He didn’t get those numbers in an HOA community, where most hams live. If passed, the new law will not affect him ONE BIT. No HOA Nazi lawyer will be sending him a certified letter.
