Pay no attention to him ! Some people just have to complain about anything and 
everything even when it about a "VOLUNTEER" service during an emergency !!! I 
don't get it either, some folks are just unhappy with everything.
I have been listening to ARES quite a bit thru all this and I think they are 
doing very well.
