Hi David,
My name is Jim Blanca - KE8G, and I am an "import" from Ohio for Field
Day. As Nizar says, please ask questions, that is the best way to learn.
If you don't understand something, never be afraid to ask for a through
explanation. Most folks are very happy to share their knowledge (sometimes
too much so) so it's there for the picking.

I've been a ham now for 40 years and love it more every day as time
passes. I'd be happy to answer any question(s) for you!

I hope to see you at set-up, a very important and interesting time, as
there is much to learn about setting up a multi-op station, with all the
antennas and the resulting interference to each other. We normally begin
Friday afternoon, and finish up Saturday morning before the actual
"contest" starts.

73 de Jim - KE8G
