Allen:

Spoke with Hardwick this morning. He will check to see if the park is open
and if the other guy has told the park board he will not use it. He will do
that Monday and report back to us. Also, I need to tell the lift guy if we
are canceling.

Let's huddle mid-week and talk. I will be in Victoria working on an FM
antenna, but available by cell.

Thanks

Bill

Subject: [BVARC] Field Day

I am attending the BVARC BOD meeting this morning. When discussion Field
Day, there were several ideas floated:

1. Setting up one or more stations at the FD site to operate remotely.
(Scheduling using real-time Google Sheets)
2. Setting up one or more member stations to operate remotely using
club call. (Scheduling using real-time Google Sheets)
3. All stations operating separately with their own calls to combine as
an aggregate club score
4. Member stations operating with their own call with new class (1X)
[not sure if we could get ARRL and logging software to go this way]
5. Other ideas???

It was decided to hold several Zoom meetings to decide a path forward. First
one will likely be next Saturday.
