I would assume that given our meeting location is in a "City Owned" facility, the CITY is required to follow occupancy guidelines issued by the State of Texas & by Fort Bend County.

Might broadcasting LIVE meetings on "YouTube" be an option once PUBLIC MEETINGS can be resumed.?

I'm too far away & given age, don't have the ability to drive the distance & can only imagine UBER or TAXI fare would bust my VISA CARD..

ZOOM is out of question on my PC & Norton Lifelock 360 blocks it from my phone.

I strongly recommend that the membership determine what the BVARC

I propose that it is sufficient to wear a mask, stay at a distance

touch one thing after another indiscriminately.

As to “locking down”, I suggest that you ignore any such
restrictions and take it on yourselves as responsible adults to
determine how to get on with your lives, businesses and

If only the venue was open.......then only about 15 people in the room with current social distancing suggestions
Looks like Zoom for awhile still.......IMHO.
