I have a Valhalla Scientific 4100ATC Digital Ohmmeter. I cannot figure out how to use it. I got it from the late George Edwards K5VUU. I understand It can measure ultra-low resistances, such as transformer windings, or random lengths of wire. I do not plan to put it to use.
