If you posted earlier about the DaiwaCN-901 pro, it did not go through
the reflector, or at least I didn't get it. I'm not sure if anyone else
got it either.

As mentioned, when I added SWR DaiwaCN-901 pro, my maximum output power was
only 80 w on RTTY. After some research, and as JP said, it is a common issue
with Icom 7300.
I found the video:

I also contacted ICOM America, and they shared with me that fine to proceed. So
now I'm getting my full power.

Phillipe,
If you want real accuracy on power, swr and other parameters, I would suggest
the Telepost LP-100a or LP-500a. I believe these instruments are the standard
setters for ham radio power readings. I have an LP-100a and it has performed
flawlessly for several years.

Philippe,
Just a suggestion, but I bought a Surecomm SW-102HF digital from Amazon for $69
that does wattage &SWR in a compact package. I have the UHF/VHF model as well
and the output lined up with what I was seeing on my old MFJ and wattmeter on my
rig, which is a Yaesu FT-840 I bought in 1999. It puts out about 21 watts AM (84
PEP) into a dummy load. It makes sense since the electrolytic capacitors in the
older radios tend to degrade over time.

Hi,
I want to check the transmitting power on my ICOM 7300 accurately. Anyone has
equipment I can use? I can stop by your QTH. Thanks in advance.
