For really good quality photo cards at a great price, you need to go with a foreign source. And NOT a western country. LZ1JZ and UX5UO come to mind.
I have been using UX5UO for at least 15 years. I've done 2 orders with him, and also WX0B (friend) has done 2 orders. Communication with Gennady is excellent. He is in Kiev.
