You can try hitting the two fusion repeaters in Friendswood. They're currently working on the water tower that they're perched on top of but I believe they are still active. One is 2m the other 70cm. Look them up on repeater book under KD5GR.
One of the 70cm system fusion / wires x repeaters in the area does a net entirely in c4fm but I can't remember which repeater it is, maybe the Friendswood one? I know that isn't an answer to you question but it's something in that direction.
