Can I get an update on how we fixed the adult student's malware-infested computer?
We put Windows XP **Service Pack 2** on the machines, correct? Service pack 2 contained many security updates. For antivirus/firewall, do we use the antivirus/firewall that comes with Windows, and have it activated by default on all adult student machines? How do we prevent/limit our students exposure to this again? I assume that the student did not remember how the virus/malware was attained. Or do we know exactly where/how the malware was attained? --Nate
