I sold an OpenOffice.org 2.4 CD to a lady who came into the shop today. She was talking about how Microsoft Word was giving her trouble.
I showed her OpenOffice, and then downloaded it, and burned her a CD. I made two more copies, and put them on the shelves to the right of the front-desk computer. The install CDs are for Windows. I often talk to people who have problems with Office software. Since we don't really do much official support anymore, I suggest that we try to sell OpenOffice/Ubuntu CDs to people who are having problems. We could charge $5 bucks or something. I think it's a pretty cool idea. Any thoughts are welcome. --Nate
