Last weekend, we had volunteers in from St. Elizabeth's, and they were really helpful with entering student information into our database, answering phone messages, and updating our Byteworks documents.
This got me to thinking about our regular 'crew' that comes in & plays games every weekend. I'm going to make an effort to have them perform the same tasks that the St. Elizabeth's crew did last weekend. Even if they only answer 5 calls, or record 3-4 students' information into the database, it will save us a lot of time, and allow us to keep up with things much better than we do currently. So, if you know of any 15-30 minute tasks, let me know, and I'll start working with "The Crew" to do these tasks. Thanks --Nate
