I am guessing that there is currently a period of API instability. bzrlib has moved to version 1.13, bzr-svn has required this version, bzr-gtk is still working on 1.12. The upshot is that I cannot use both bzr-svn and bzr-gtk with either bzr 1.12 or bzr.dev.
