Running "bzr viz" causes a DBus exception.  Running it again immediately
afterwards doesn't.  This means the first run caused DBus to get into an
appropriate state.  So why doesn't "bzr viz" catch this first exception
and try again, most likely succeeding, so as to avoid the user seeing:

        bzr: ERROR: dbus.exceptions.DBusException: 
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildExited: Launch helper exited with unknown 
return code 0
