TortoiseBZR's developers (I and Iwata) uses PyQt 4.7(Qt4.6) and bzr-2.3b5 is shipped with PyQt 4.6(Qt 4.5).
TBZR's new widget in config window uses Qt 4.6's new API and it doesn't works on bzr-2.3b5-setup.
