does c-ares support AIX 5.3 platform ?

Hi,
                Does c-ares 1.10.0 support AIX 5.3 platform ?
                After I run configure/make/make install, I found that some 
header files are not copied to the prefix directory. Only one header file is 
copied, that is ares.h . but ares_build.h, ares_dns.h, ares_rules.h, 
ares_version.h are not copied . Is that a bug of install-sh ?
