Looks like we don't have "ntlm" directory in the release pack. Following lines in the configure.ac might cause the problem.
src/core/transport/http/sender/ntlm/Makefile \ src/core/transport/http/sender/ntlm/heimdal/Makefile \ src/core/transport/http/sender/ntlm/libntlm/Makefile \ I might be wrong though. Dinesh.
