In reality init_with_conf () doesn't work in Axis2/C-1.6.0 too (if init ()
isn't implemented and init_with_conf () is implemented, axis2_conf pointer is
still invalid and all tries to use it ends with SEGFAULT). Lookup through the
sources showes that current implementation is broken in Axis2/C-1.6.0.
Patch which solves the problem is attached to the case
(axis2-1.6.0-fix_init_with_conf.patch).
