Axis2c has a platform abstraction layer and has abstracted out the platform
specific functions to this layer. This contains the HP-Unix specific functions
as well. Hence Axis2/c should work in HP-unix environment. However, I do not
have access to such an environment to test.If you can test the latest version
and updated the jira, it would be great.
