While trying to use Axis2/C with multithreading I've found several issues
related to memory management... (thread environment issues, premature frees,
synchronization issues, etc)
I've created this issue to keep track of all the issues I come across, with
proposed solutions to every issue, please add here any other info regarding
thread mangement...
