support for JSON payloads, HTML forms etc, making it easier for users to build
RESTful WebServices in C.
As a part of this improvement, we need to fix.
1. Support for WebServices providing/consuming JSON payloads.
2. Support for multipart/form-data - AXIS2C-1076
