I have further debug preformance issue on windows 2008 R2 Server. I found the
SSL_connect ( whch is called in HTTPSChannel.dll )takes 30-50sec more compare
to the windows 2003 servers. We are openssl-0.9.8e_WIN32 openssl sofwatre in
https mode. I am not sure , how to fix the problems. Looks like TLS/SSL
handshake with a server taking longer time. Anyone has suggesation to fix the
openssl issue?
