Including the text of your schema and/or instance documents in the bug report is not useful; it's possible that the bits are not the same as those in the actual documents. That's why Alberto asked that you attach them (using the "Attach file" operation) to the report. I'd suggest trying to parse your document with one or more of the sample apps, like SAXPrint. If that fails, something is probably wrong with the library; otherwise, it's probably in your code. If you want useful diagnostic assistance, attaching code for a small but complete program that demonstrates the problem is the best way to get it.
