OP:  Most 3rd party libraries game libraries have video playback options 
built into them.  You _ARE_ using a 3rd party library like 'libsdl' for 
developing your game?  Or at least DirectX?  DirectX has DirectShow 
which is how most game companies do video playback (although it is 
usually wrapped up nicely within whatever game engine they use).

And we aren't here for your emergency situations.  Do a little advance 
planning and ask questions days to weeks in advance of needing an 
answer.  And always show us what you've got so far - we generally won't 
write your code for you.
