Usually the C/C++ runtime library is linked in. #include<> statements usually don't do much in terms of library linking unless the compiler supports #pragma style options that force the linker to include certain libraries. As I've said before, there are numerous reasons for large executables and certain flags might be enabled by default for your environment (e.g. debug information). -- Thomas Hruska CubicleSoft President Ph: 517-803-4197 *NEW* VerifyMyPC 2.0 Change tracking and management tool.
