Hi, I'm a little confused about how, when, (if) scientific notation gets used.
A result of a calculation will cause a roll-over for a paticular type, but not if the values passed were already in scientific notation? Is this me being spoiled by TI, HP, etc and expecting the compiler to think for me? Is it enough to have one of the values in scientific notation? Rick
