hmm. there is a way to remod people. We had to do it. I'll go take a look at 
the panel sometime and see if I can help there.

  I've been rejecting a number of messages for being unprofessional. Spam 
  recently came through to the group and I tried to figure out how to put 
  the person back on moderation. It seems like that option is gone.

  I don't like editing people but I let through messages that do have 
  benefit to the group or seem sincere enough even with a lack of 
  professionalism or those messages I plan on replying to personally.
