[c-prog] a problem with eclipse

i have wanted to use eclipse platform and download Version: 3.4.2, installed 
cdt plugin. 
then i wrote a simple code but it underlined the 'include<stdio.h>' code as a 
syntax error. and when i want to debug my code it doesn't debug and says that 
'launch failed. binary not found'. 
as i understand i must show a compiler in configurations. dev c++ is installed 
on my pc. but i don't know i have to configure in eclipse, what i have to do ( 
i use windows)
