Not much use these exercise question if there are no easy-to-read and 
easy-to-implement solutions. Speaking from the shoes of a new-to-the-game 
student, s/he would have no ready answers for any of these. So no use having 
practise questions of this type without workedout solutions (upside down if you 
like).

While on the topic, please do post your own answers to the questions on the 
uploaded file CPlusPlustProb1.doc.
