I agree with Thomas, and I had a quick look on part of the code see my

You should check user1 instead. In addition to that you need to consider
renaming your variables to be descriptive.

You haven't checked the password yet to say correct password !!!!
getch();
Also I think it will be better if you put down what you want to do in
flowchart this will help to proper code your program.
