Hi all,
I'm Xavi Planes from CISTIB-UPF, Barcelona and I'm working on
the development of a biomedical imaging framework called GIMIAS
(www.gimias.org). This year we plan to add a web services feature in GIMIAS and
we decided to use AXIS2C. Last week we finished the first test use case. You

We will use Taverna Workbench for the design and execution of
workflows, composed of web services. Each web service can be a processing
filter like Gaussian Blur, Threshold segmentation or hole filling for surface
mesh.
