Hi,

I am using the C++ SAX2 reader. We recently updated from Xerces 1.6 to 2.6
(yes, a bit slow I know!) and I now find that the attribute values passed in to
our startElement() implementation are not normalized, for example with:

<AnElement name=" spaced out " />

In version 1.6 startElement() received this attribute as "spaced out" with the
leading and traling spaces removed, but in 2.6 the spaces are not removed; the
XML specification says they should be!

Is this a bug or is there some parser property or feature I need to turn on to
get attributes normalized again? I can't find anything about this in the
migration guide.

Jon
